India’s Journey.
India was born in Paris, and from a very young age, she chose the path of dance. Her journey began in 2010 at the Academy of La Scala in Milan, where, as a child, she delved into the classical repertoire and the productions of Teatro alla Scala. She furthered her training at Rudra Béjart in Lausanne, a place marked by a unique pedagogy envisioned by Maurice Béjart. This institution introduced her to modern dance, percussion, theater, and Kendo.
In 2022, India completed her Bachelor's degree at the Rambert School in London. There, she had the opportunity to deepen her understanding of contemporary dance and to collaborate with renowned choreographers such as Akram Khan. Concurrently, she seized the opportunity to garner international experience, with a particular interest in Gaga movement and improvisation.
India has participated in numerous projects with companies such as the Arozarena Art Association, Aterballetto, and KOMOCO. Her dedication and passion for dance, as well as her continued quest for knowledge and experience in this field, truly make India an artist of note. Her journey reflects a deep commitment to the exploration and innovation of dance, from classical to contemporary forms.
