Julie’s Journey.
Julie is a professionally trained ballet and contemporary dancer, with her formative years spent refining her skills at the renowned Académie Internationale de la Danse in Paris. During this time, she had the privilege of participating in numerous innovative projects that honed her abilities and broadened her perspective on dance as an art form.
Her journey took her to Israel, where she immersed herself in the evocative Gaga Technique at the esteemed Suzanne Delal Center. This unique form of movement deepened her appreciation of the human body in dance and further influenced her artistic style.
Upon her return to France, Julie leveraged her diverse training and experience, undertaking multiple roles with contemporary dance companies both locally and internationally. As a performer and assistant choreographer, she brought a fresh, insightful perspective to the stage, contributing significantly to the dynamic performances she was a part of.
Her unique vision of dance is characterized by flowing, fluid movements and a profound understanding of the human form in motion. Groove and minimalism mark her style, and she continually explores different methods of interpreting and experiencing dance, both within her work in dance companies and throughout her diverse experiences. Her relentless curiosity and commitment to exploration are a testament to her dedication to the art of dance.
