Holelah, from the Biblical Hebrew word for “folly”, is an exploration of madness, not as a pathology but as an innate characteristic of the human heart from birth until death. Instead of suppressing it, we should embrace it (as the celebrative phonic quality of the word “Hole-lah” suggests) and use it as an engine for the creative act. As an artist, I am in service to offer society a way to rediscover new perspectives and our full potentiality in the reality we live in.
